  • $45 includes a food buffet (tax and tip incl) plus a $10 surcharge for non-members. If guests choose to become a paid member of BAS, they can get a $10 discount towards their initial membership fee.

Join us for a fun night of mingling in the awesome private downstairs lounge and cocktail bar at Ash'kara on the Pearl Street West End (next to Salt). (Check out the swings for seats at the bar!) The $35 cost ($45 for non-members) includes the below food selections that will be served buffet style (also covers tax, 20% tip and credit card fees) with the dessert coming out closer to the end of the evening.  As you can see, there are plenty of options for our vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free members. The food is truly yummy!  We will have a dedicated bartender and everyone will be able to purchase their own beverages.  If anyone wants to order food in addition to the below selection, that can also be ordered from the bartender as a separate charge.  

Your host will provide some conversation starter activities to keep things interesting.  You don't have to be there at 6pm, just know if you get there late that the food will be put out towards the start of the event and what they put out will likely not be replenished. The event will be ending at 9pm, however if folks would like to continue the evening there are plenty of other options in Downtown Boulder to go to for late night, but that will be a game time decision depending on interest from the attendees.  We have a limited # of spots available and as always, we do not offer refunds, so please don't sign up unless you know you'll be able to attend.  Registrations must be paid for in advance, there will not be any registrations at the door/night of the event.
